We had similar inputs; we grew up in large Filipino families, were intense students, and active in extracurriculars. But, from different coasts and networks, we approached career and hobbies so differently that we pursued different lifestyles in adulthood. Such is that combo for us. We feel grounded in shared values and worldviews while leaving space for differences in personal interests that compliment each other's needs.​​​​
